Turn it on in the app once you are verified. Site-visit leads in your zones are then offered to partners in turn.
3Accept a lead
See the project, the visit time, what the buyer wants and what you could earn, before you decide.
4Meet the buyer at the site
Check in when you arrive, run the visit and keep every follow-up in the app.
5Record the booking
Add the booking in the app and track your payout to your own bank account or UPI ID.

Every partner is verified before taking leads. Add the seven items in the Propli Partner app. Propli's team checks each one, usually within 2 working days.

Who can become a partner?
Real estate agents, agencies and salespeople, 18 and over. Leads are in Bangalore now.
Do I need my own RERA registration?
No. Propli is operated by Estate Hive, a real estate agent registered with K-RERA, PRM/KA/RERA/
How are leads offered?
By zone. A lead for a project in your zones is offered in turn to approved partners who cover that zone. If no one in the zone takes it in 10 minutes, it is offered across the city.
What do I see before I accept a lead?
The project, the visit time, what the buyer wants and what you could earn.
How much do I earn?
40% to 50% of the developer's commission on Propli leads, rising with the bookings you close each month, and 80% on clients you bring yourself. Your share is set in your partner agreement.
When am I paid?
For your own clients, once the booking becomes eligible. For Propli leads, after the developer pays Propli. Payouts go to your own bank account or UPI ID, after TDS, and GST applies if you are registered.
How do I contact the buyer?
Through the chat in the app. Partners never see the buyer's phone number or email.
What happens to my ID documents?
Propli's team checks each one by hand. Aadhaar is masked: only the last 4 digits are ever kept. ID photos are deleted 30 days after the check.
